Customers

Globally Dacapo’s customer base is very diverse, as end users and traders of all kinds turn to Dacapo for their stainless steel supplies. Taking advantage of one of Europe’s most extensive stocks of stainless steel tubes, pipes, fittings, flanges and valves these customers from around the world has become a fast growing customer segment for Dacapo. Our efficient logistics system ensures that customers in all over Europe and world-wide receive their stainless steel supplies with very short lead times.

In Scandinavia Dacapo is follows a "more-to-less" strategy, where we aim to supply stainless steel to the medium-sized and largest consumers who consume and buy stainless steel on a regular basis. By concentrating on relatively few customers, we can deliver a better, more compact and more personalized service package that precisely matches customers’ needs. In addition, we are able to do this more efficiently and thereby more competitively.

Dacapo’s end-user customers can be divided into four groups that primarily operate within the food, chemicals, off-shore, shipbuilding, design and pharmaceutical industries:

Serial production companies
These companies have a serial production of products for the industrial or consumer markets. The end products may include pumps, automated feed machines, industrial design, range hoods, and much more.

Machine factories
These customers manufacture machines for customers such as slaughterhouses, breweries, dairies, and other food companies, as well as machines for pharmaceutical companies, off-shore, chemicals, environmental and other companies with stainless steel production environments.

Subcontractors
These companies are suppliers of components and semi-manufactured goods to serial production companies and machine factories.
They include manufacturers of equipment for boats and building construction, such as stairways, elevators, railings, etc.

These include slaughterhouses, dairies, breweries and pharmaceutical factories, as well as assembly companies or project companies that maintain and renovate stainless steel manufacturing devices
