Certificates
To save time and costs for our customers and for ourselves, we have decided to offer our customers the possibility to download certificates instead of receiving those by normal mail. We have certificates on 99 % of all our products, and as a general rule these are available for download no later than one week after we have received the material in our warehouse.
On all invoices and delivery notes our certificate number appears. It is this or these number(s), together with your name, company name and e-mail address, you will need in order to download certificates fast and cost effectively. A monthly invoice for downloaded certificates will be mailed to you. Certificates you download come with a 50 % discount compared to the normal price.
